Kards Unlimited February 2017 Holidays and Birthdays

It's February and you know what that means: love is in the air! Ah, l'amour... Not to mention the billion other awesome things we're celebrating this month. There's Valentine's Day, of course, but there's also Groundhog Day, Did You Fart? DayNational Sticky Bun Day, and Tell A Fairy Tale Day just to name a few. Read on to see all we're in love with this month!

First up are our month long celebrations! February is Library Lovers Month and Marijuana Awareness Month

Get ready to potentially live the same day over and over, first up is Groundhog Day (2). Get some Bubble Tape, don't give a fuc*, and get naked because it's Bubblegum DayNational Honey Badger Day, and Working Naked Day (3). On Ice Cream for Breakfast Day, National Stuffed Mushroom DayNational Homemade Soup Day, and Take Your Child to the Library Day (4) you know what to do. Start off Superbowl Sunday (5) by showering with a friend because it's also National Shower with a Friend Day. If things get awkward after all of those nachos, there's one question it's okay to ask because it's Did You Fart? Day too (5). Continuing the fun, the next day is National Poop Day (6). Bonus points if you send pics to someone you love. You can make it up to them the next day on Send a Card to a Friend Day (7).

Start your week out like a scene from Mary Poppins on Kite Flying Day (8). On Umbrella Day (10), stay dry, friends. Shady Side Academy presents The Addams Family as its winter musical production with more than 50 students participating in the cast, crew and orchestra pit February 10-12. Creepy and kooky! AND. The Benedum Center presents Alice in Wonderland with the when the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre February 10-19. OFF WITH THEIR HEADS! National PB&J Day coincides with National Freedom to Marry Day on the 12th, and we don't care how you take your sandwich, or your spouse. On the 14th, go on a date, sign up to be an organ donor, celebrate women voters, and give a book to someone because it's Valentine's DayDonor DayLeague of Women Voters Day, and International Book Giving Day (14).

Begining February 17th, plan to attend The Harry Potter Film and Cultural Festival at Row House Cinema. Costume contests, Harry Potter tribute bands, butter beer, story time... We'll be there! Once you've recovered from that, you've got a big day on the 18th. It's National Crab-Stuffed Flounder Day, Drink Wine DayFlirting Day, and Pluto Discovered Day. Take a breather at home on the 20th on Love Your Pet Day. Snuggles on the couch all day! Enjoy a sticky bun and read those old cards from your grandma on National Sticky Bun Day and Card Reading Day (21).

February may be coming to an end, but we're not done with it yet! First up is Curling is Cool Day and International Dog Biscuit Appreciation Day (23). Bring your inner child to DISNEY ON ICE: Dream Big. And yes, we hear Olaf will make an appearance. Next, your esophagus will feel uncomfortable all day because it's International Sword Swallowers Day (25). But, it's also Open That Bottle Night so you can open that bottle of whatever you have lying around. On the 26th, tell a fairy tale for Tell A Fairy Tale Day. Finally, on the 28th celebrate all things scientific and gluttonous because it's National Science Day and Mardi Gras.
