Hello friends!  Have I ever told you about how the song Summertime, Summertime by The Jamies is stuck in my head all the frickin' time?  No?  Well, it is.  And now that it's finally June, it's not weird that I'm constantly singing that weirdo song! Summer may not officially start until the 21st, but there are plenty of other great things happening in June to entertain you until (and after) then! Click READ MORE to see what's up!

June is GAY PRIDE MONTH! We have a lot of pride at KU.  A lot.  June is also National Camping Month, National Iced Tea Month, and National Steakhouse Month!

Bigfoot? BARE FOOT? Can't be a coincidence.

We'll kick off June's awesome holidays with National Go Barefoot Day, Doughnut Day, and the beginning of the Three Rivers Arts Festival (6/1-6/10) on 6/1; then the Pittsburgh Bonsai Society's 37th Annual Spring Show (6/2-6/3) starts on 6/2; then we have Drive-In Movie Day on 6/6 and National Moonshine Day (yes, please!) on 6/7!

Don't listen to him, Zach. You're a good Pittsburgh boy and we love you.

June's first week is brimming with birthdays, including Oscar the Grouch on 6/1; Justin Long, Zachary Quinto, and Dana Carvey on 6/2; Richard Scarry and Draco Malfoy on 6/5; and the late, great Prince on 6/7!

Next up there's Best Friends Day on 6/8; World Gin Day on 6/9; and the Pittsburgh Pride Equality March on 6/10!
